- ¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) chopped chives
- ½ tsp. (5 ml) lime zest
- 4 slices multi-grain bread
- 2 leaves Boston lettuce
- 150 g of Olymel Turkey Breast nitrite-free
- ½ mango, peeled and cut into slices
- ½ avocado, sliced
- Place mayonnaise in a bowl, add chives and lime zest and mix well.
- Spread 2 slices of bread with this mixture, placing one lettuce leaf on top. Arrange the chicken breast, mango and avocado slices on the lettuce and close the sandwiches.
- Place each sandwich in a zip lock bag and keep cold.
