After putting out three fires, returning 18 important calls and having four meetings, you deserve a nice lunch. Turkey and mango on pita fits the bill perfectly.
- 150 g sliced Olymel Smart & Natural cooked turkey breast
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. liquid honey
- 2 tbsp. coriander, finely minced
- 4 Greek pita breads (without pockets)
- 1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey and coriander. Season to taste. Set sauce aside.
- Top pita breads with chicken and mango slices, salad greens and sauce. Fold pita breads in two.
