After putting out three fires, returning 18 important calls and having four meetings, you deserve a nice lunch. Turkey and mango on pita fits the bill perfectly.

ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) liquid honey
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 mango, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 Greek pita breads (without pocket)
  • 1/2 pack (75 g) Olymel Smart & Natural sliced cooked turkey breast
  • 1 cup salad greens
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) liquid honey
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 Greek pita breads (without pocket)
  • 1 pack (150 g) Olymel Smart & Natural sliced cooked turkey breast
  • 2 cups salad greens
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) liquid honey
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoon) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 1/2 mangos, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 6 Greek pita breads (without pocket)
  • 1 1/2 packs (225 g) Olymel Smart & Natural sliced cooked turkey breasts
  • 3 cups salad greens
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoon) liquid honey
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoon) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 mangos, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 8 Greek pita breads (without pocket)
  • 2 packs (300 g) Olymel Smart & Natural sliced cooked turkey breasts
  • 4 cups salad greens
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 150 g sliced Olymel Smart & Natural cooked turkey breast
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp. coriander, finely minced
  • 4 Greek pita breads (without pockets)
  • 1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced

instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey and coriander. Season to taste. Set sauce aside.
  2. Top pita breads with chicken and mango slices, salad greens and sauce. Fold pita breads in two.
  3. Enjoy!
