Trou du Diable's Wrap
- 300 g chipotle turkey breast, cut into sticks
- 1 ½ cups (375 ml) iceberg lettuce, shredded
- ½ cup (125 ml) kimchi
- 4 salsa-flavoured wheat tortillas
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into sticks
- 12 strips pickled peppers (bottled)
- Place the shredded lettuce and kimchi in a bowl, mix well and divide between the 4 tortillas, placing it in the centre of each.
- Top with the chipotle turkey sticks, then the Lebanese cucumber, add the pickled peppers and roll up the tortillas tightly taking care to tuck in the 2 ends. Cut each wrap in 2 and keep refrigerated in a sealable container.
