- 150 g thinly sliced salami
- 4 slices rye bread
- ¼ cup (60 ml) cream cheese
- 1 ½ tbsp. (22.5 ml) old-fashioned mustard
- 1 handful arugula
- Place rye bread slices on a work surface and spread 2 with cream cheese and 2 with mustard.
- Arrange salami slices on top, garnish with arugula and close the sandwiches.
- Place sandwiches in sealable containers and keep cold.
