- 150 g salami, sliced thin
- 1 small sprouted-grain baguette, opened along one side
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) whipped cream cheese with chives
- 3 dried tomatoes, sliced
- 1-2 curly lettuce leaves
- Spread the insides of the baguette with the cream cheese and arrange the dried tomatoes on top followed by the salami slices folded in half.
- Garnish with lettuce leaves and close the baguette.
- Cut sandwich into 4 segments and place in 2 sealable containers.
- Keep refrigerated.
