- 1 slice Bologna 1 cm thick (about 75 g)
- ½ cup (125 ml) grated carrot
- ½ cup (125 ml) iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 4-5 pickled pepper rings
- ¼ cup (60 ml) ranch dressing, to taste
- 1 pita bread
- Cut the bologna into sticks and place them in the centre of the pita.
- In a bowl, combine carrot, shredded lettuce and ranch dressing and mix well.
- Place the mixture in the centre of the pita bread and arrange pepper rings on top. Roll up and serve immediately.
