  • 1 slice Bologna 1 cm thick (about 75 g)
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) grated carrot
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 pita bread
  • 60 ml (1/3 cup) ranch dressing, to taste
  • 1 slice Bologna 1 cm thick (about 75 g)
  • ½ cup (125 ml) grated carrot
  • ½ cup (125 ml) iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 4-5 pickled pepper rings
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) ranch dressing, to taste
  • 1 pita bread

instructions

  1. Cut the bologna into sticks and place them in the centre of the pita.
  2. In a bowl, combine carrot, shredded lettuce and ranch dressing and mix well.
  3. Place the mixture in the centre of the pita bread and arrange pepper rings on top. Roll up and serve immediately.
