- 150 g old-fashioned smoked ham
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) quark cheese
- 8 dried cranberries, chopped
- 6 toasted pecans, crushed
- A few parsley leaves
- 2 slices pumpernickel bread
- Mix the quark cheese with the cranberries and pecans.
- Spread the bread slices with this mixture, arrange the ham slices over top and sprinkle with a few parsley leaves.
- Serve immediately.
