- 75 g mock chicken, sliced thin
- 1 Berber bread with Nigella seed, cut in 2
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) whipped garlic and herb cream cheese
- ½ green apple, sliced
- 3-4 mint leaves
- Spread insides of sandwich with the cream cheese and arrange mock chicken slices on top.
- Add apple slices, then mint leaves. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.
