Michigan Hot Dog
- 1 package all-beef jumbo wieners
- 6 cheese panini breads
- 1½ cups (375 ml) Bolognese sauce, hot
- ½ cup (125 ml) grated cheese (your choice)
- Cook the wieners over live coals or on the gas BBQ.
- Open up the panini and warm them over indirect heat.
- Spread each bread with a bit of the Bolognese sauce, place the wiener on top then cover with more sauce, sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
