  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 (225 g) Olymel Amoré Mild Italian European Sausages
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 box (400 ml) crushed whole Italian tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) dried oregano
  • 150 g mozzarella, Swiss and parmesan cheese, grated and mixed
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) fresh basil, chopped
  • 5 (450 g) Olymel Amoré Mild Italian European Sausages
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 box (796 ml) crushed whole Italian tomato

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh basil, chopped
  • 10 (900 g) Olymel Amoré Mild Italian European Sausages
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 box (1600 ml) crushed whole Italian tomatoes
  • 5 Olymel Italian Mild or Spicy European Sausages, 450g (or your favorite flavour)
  • 15 mL of oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 796-mL (28-oz) can crushed whole Italian tomatoes
  • 5 mL of dried oregano
  • 2 mL of dried thyme
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 30 mL of fresh basil, chopped
  • 150 g mozzarella, parmesan and Swiss cheese, grated

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, dried herbs, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add basil at end of cooking time.
  3. Grill sausages, cut into diagonal slices and set aside.
  4. Divide sausages among 4 gratin dishes. Cover with tomato sauce, top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

Suggestion

For a full meal, add cooked short pasta to sauce mixture and double the cheese.
