- 50 g pepper smoked ham, shaved
- 50 g smoked gouda, cut into strips
- 2 honey linseed lavash crackers
- 1 handful baby arugula
- 1 ½ tsp. (7.5 ml) honey
- Arrange pepper smoked ham and gouda strips on the lavash crackers.
- Sprinkle with arugula and drizzle honey over top.
- Serve immediately.
