- 75 g Table d'Hôte shaved cooked ham
- 1 slice double-loaf rye bread, toasted
- ¼ cup (60 ml) ready-to-serve cheese fondue
- 4 walnut kernels, cut in 2
- Place ham on the bread slice, spread fondue on top and sprinkle with walnut pieces. Transfer to a baking sheet and place under broiler until cheese bubbles.
- Serve immediately.
