- 150 g Black Forest ham, shaved
- 2 olive oil tortillas
- ¼ cup (60 ml) fig jam
- ½ cup (125 ml) sharp grated cheddar
- 1 cup (250 ml) baby arugula lettuce
- Fold the ham slices and place on the tortillas.
- Spread over fig jam, add grated cheese and arugula and roll tightly.
- Cut each wrap in two and serve immediately.
