ingredients

  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 pack (122 g) Boursin Cuisine Shallot & Chive
  • 150 g white mushrooms, sliced
  • 115 g orzo, cooked “al dente”
  • 1/2 pack (185 g) Amoré sausage Spicy Italian
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pack (245 g) Boursin Cuisine Shallot & Chive
  • 300 g white mushrooms, sliced
  • 225 g orzo, cooked “al dente”
  • 1 pack (375 g) Amoré sausage Spicy Italian
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 packs (365 g) Boursin Cuisine Shallot & Chive
  • 450 g white mushrooms, sliced
  • 340 g orzo, cooked “al dente”
  • 1 1/2 packs (565 g) Amoré sausages Spicy Italian
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoon) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 packs (490 g) Boursin Cuisine Shallot & Chive
  • 600 g white mushrooms, sliced
  • 450 g orzo, cooked “al dente”
  • 2 packs (750 g) Amoré sausages Spicy Italian
  • 1 package (375g) Olymel Hot Italian sausages
  • 1 container (245 g) Boursin Cuisine Shallot & Chive
  • 225 g orzo
  • 300 g white mushrooms, sliced
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grilled vegetables, your choice

instructions

  1. In a saucepan of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente. Drain, add a bit of oil and set aside. Cook sausages on grid iron or in frying pan and keep warm.
  2. In large frying pan, cook mushroom in oil until golden. Add salt and pepper. Add Boursin and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add cooked orzo. Mix thoroughly and correct seasoning.
