- 300 g mock chicken, sliced thin
- 200 ml tzatziki dressing (homemade or store bought)
- 1 bunch mint, stems removed
- 2 English cucumbers, cut into strips
- 1 small red onion, cut into thin slices
- 4 regular pita breads, extra fresh
- Place pita breads on a work surface and then mock chicken, tzatziki, mint leaves, cucumber and onion on top.
- Roll pitas around the fillings and secure with a skewer or toothpick to keep them intact.
- Serve immediately.
