- 3 slices Olymel old-fashioned ham
- 2 slices multi-grain bread
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) mayonnaise
- ½ fresh tomato, sliced thin
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced thin lengthwise
- 2 radishes, sliced thin
- A few mesclun lettuce leaves
- Black pepper, to taste
- Place bread slices on a plate and spread evenly with mayonnaise.
- On one slice, place lettuce leaves, tomato, ham, cucumber and radish slices.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Close sandwich and enjoy!
