- 100 g mock chicken, sliced thin
- 100 g pepperoni, sliced thin
- 100 g salami, sliced thin
- 4 Kaiser rolls, cut in 2
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Dijonnaise dressing
- 1 cup (250 ml) creamy coleslaw, drained
- Butter insides of Kaiser rolls and toast in a cast iron pan.
- Spread rolls with Dijonnaise dressing, and add cold cuts in layers.
- Garnish with coleslaw, close sandwiches and serve immediately.
