  • 75 g brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 slices multi-grain or whole wheat breads, toasted
  • 6 red or green grapes, cut in half
  • 4 slices (75 g) cooked pork smoked meat

  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) olive oil or melted butter

  • 8 thin slices Olymel Cooked Pork Smoked Meat, about 150 g

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Brush the slices of bread with the olive oil or melted butter Place the bread slices with the buttered side facing down on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  3. Place smoked meat slices on bread, add grapes and cover with cheese. Add pepper to taste.
