- ¼ cup (60 ml) sour cream
- 1 chipotle pepper, chopped
- 75 g smoked Black Forest ham, sliced
- 1 pesto or salsa flavoured tortilla
- 1 small tomato, diced
- Red onion slices, to taste
- ¼ avocado, peeled and sliced
- Place sour cream and chipotle pepper in a small bowl, add salt and mix well. Spread half the tortilla with the chipotle sour cream.
- Fold Black Forest ham slices and place on the tortilla.
- Add diced tomato, onion and avocado.
- Roll tortillas up taking care to tuck in both ends
- Cut in 2 and serve immediately accompanied by remaining chipotle sour cream.
