- 75 g traditional cooked ham, sliced thin
- 1 butter croissant
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- Cut the croissant in two along one side.
- Spread the base with mustard, arrange the ham on top, then the cheese, close the sandwich and serve immediately.
- For a meltier version, place the croissant in a panini press and grill until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
