Chipotle Avocado BLT
- 1 package bacon
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) chipotle sauce (store bought)
- 4 curly green lettuce leaves
- 1 large avocado, sliced (or 2 small)
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Cook the bacon (in the oven or in a pan) until slightly crisp.
- Spread the bread slices with chipotle sauce and place 4 lettuce leaves on top.
- Arrange the avocado, tomato and bacon slices on the lettuce, close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
