- 1 package (150 g) old fashioned smoked chicken, shaved.
- ¾ cup (180 ml) marinara sauce
- 1 cup (250 ml) grated 4-cheese blend
- ¼ cup (60 ml) sliced black olives
- 1 olive focaccia
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place focaccia on a baking sheet and spread generously with the marinara sauce. Arrange smoked chicken on top, then the grated cheese and finish with the black olive slices.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
- Cut focaccia into sections and serve immediately.
