- 75 g old-fashioned ham, sliced (quite thick)
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) unsalted butter, cold
- 1 half sourdough baguette, opened up along one side
instructions
- Spread the insides of the baguette with the cold butter, add the ham slices, close the sandwich and serve immediately.
