Korean-style bulgogi pork tacos

Cook the bulgogi pork: prepare the Olymel bulgogi pork according to the package instructions.

Prepare the toppings: shred the Asian cabbage, grate the carrots, and thinly slice the red onion. Lightly chop the kimchi if needed.

Warm the tortillas: Heat the corn tortillas in a hot pan or directly over a flame to give them a light char.

Fill each tortilla with: a portion of bulgogi pork, a mix of Asian cabbage, carrots, and red onion, a spoonful of kimchi (optional), a few cilantro leaves.

Add the sauce and serve: drizzle with gochujang sauce to taste and serve with a wedge of lime to squeeze just before eating.
