  • 115 g dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 4 packs (600 g) shaved cooked turkey breast Olymel Smart & Natural
  • 8 tortillas (large)

Pesto and sundried tomato dressing :

  • to taste fresh basil, leaf
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoon) milk or 10% cream
  • 22 ml (1 1/2 tablespoon) basil pesto
  • 150 g dried tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 2 x 150 g packs Olymel Smart & Natural Cooked Turkey Breast
  • 4 large corn tortillas

Pesto and sundried tomato dressing:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 30 mL (2 tablespoons) of cream or milk
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) of pesto
  • 75g sundried tomatoes, chopped

instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the dressing.
  2. Spread half the dressing mixture over the tortillas, then add sliced of turkey breast and the remaining dressing on top.
  3. Roll up tortillas firmly and slice into rolls about 2.5 cm (1 in) long.
