- 2 multigrain flatbreads cut in 2
- Dijonnaise dressing, to taste*
- 150 g smoked meat style smoked turkey, sliced
- ½ green apple, cut into thin slices
- 2 slices Gouda cheese
* To make your own, just add equal parts mayonnaise and Dijon mustard and mix well.
- Toast the flatbreads and spread Dijonnaise sauce over them.
- Arrange turkey, apple and cheese slices on top, pepper generously and close the sandwiches.
- Serve immediately.
