ingredients

  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) grated marble cheddar
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) sour cream
  • 60 ml (4/5 cup) guacamole
  • 1 Greek pita bread, toasted
  • 1/3 bell pepper (red or yellow), cut into sticks
  • 75 g mock chicken, sliced thin
  • 3 slices tomatoes

  • 75 g mock chicken, sliced thinly
  • ¼ bell pepper (red or yellow), cut into sticks
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) sour cream
  • Cilantro leaves, as garnish.
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) grated marble cheddar

instructions

  1. Spread guacamole evenly all over the pita bread.
  2. Place tomato slices in the center of the bread to form a circle.
  3. Place mock-chicken slices so they follow the circular pattern.
  4. Top with peppers and decorate with drizzles of sour cream, cilantro leaves and grated cheese.
