  • 2 naan breads
  • ½ cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
  • 6-7 leaves fresh mint, cut into fine strips
  • ½ English cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1 orange tomato, sliced
  • 2 leaves Boston lettuce, shredded
  • 150 g mock chicken, sliced
  • 1/3 cup (85 ml) alfalfa sprouts


  1. Place the yogurt and mint in a mixing bowl, add salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Spread yogurt/mint mixture on naan breads and cover with sliced cucumbers, overlapping them slightly. Lay out tomato and mock chicken slices and top with shredded lettuce and alfalfa sprouts. Serve immediately.
