  • 2 Olymel Mediterranean-style chicken breasts
  • 1 bag of pan-fried gnocchi (300 g)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
  • 500 ml (2 cups) baby spinach
  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) crumbled feta cheese

instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken with the gnocchi, tomatoes, bell pepper, and oil.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 205°C (400°F).
  4. Oil the air fryer basket, then place the chicken mixture in it.
  5. Cook for 14 to 18 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking, until the inside of the chicken is no longer pink and the gnocchi are golden brown.
  6. Add the spinach and feta cheese. Stir gently and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
