ingredients
- 500 g Olymel ground turkey
- 2 eggs
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 ml marinara sauce or tomato sauce

- Chopped parsley or basil
instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, onion, parsley or basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Form meatballs to your desired size.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides for about 8 to 10 minutes, until fully cooked.
- In a large pot, heat the marinara sauce.
- Add the meatballs and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- When serving, top with grated Parmesan and parsley or basiServe with pasta or rice.
