ingredients

  • 500 g Olymel ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g grated Parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 ml marinara sauce or tomato sauce

Toppings

  • Grated Parmesan
  • Chopped parsley or basil

instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, onion, parsley or basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form meatballs to your desired size.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Brown the meatballs on all sides for about 8 to 10 minutes, until fully cooked.
  5. In a large pot, heat the marinara sauce.
  6. Add the meatballs and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. When serving, top with grated Parmesan and parsley or basiServe with pasta or rice.
