- 75 g Black Forest smoked ham, sliced
- 1 herb-flavoured tortilla
- ¼ cup (60 ml) cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ tsp. (2.5 ml) lemon zest
- 1-2 dried tomatoes in oil, sliced
- 8 basil leaves
- Place cream cheese in a small bowl, add lemon zest and pepper and beat until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese on the tortilla.
- Fold ham slices in two and place on top of the cream cheese.
- Garnish with dried tomato slices and basil leaves and roll tightly.
- Cut in two and serve immediately.
