- 1 sourdough baguettine
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) butter
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) honey Dijon mustard
- 75 g old-fashioned smoked ham, sliced
- 75 g Brie cheese
- 1 handful mesclun leaves
- Cut the baguettine in 2 lengthwise, keeping halves attached
- Spread butter on one side, mustard on the other.
- Fold ham slices in 3 and place on base of baguettine.
- Add brie slices, then mesclun leaves, close the sandwich and wrap in waxed paper. Keep cold.
