So it's your parents' 25th anniversary? We've just celebrated our 25th, too! When you pass the hors oeuvres, make sure to include these date and bacon bites with their irresistible sweet & salty taste. Opposites attract!
- 250g of dates
- 1 pack (375 g) of naturally smoked bacon
- 100ml honey
- A few sprig of rosemary
- Cook the bacon in the frying pan until mid-point of cooking, sponge the bacon with a paper towel, then cut each slice in two.
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (178 °C). Wrap each date with a slice of bacon, insert a branch of rosemary inside and hold in position with a toothpick.
- Place each bite on a plate covered with aluminum foil or parchment paper and brush with honey. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes
