- 500 g Olymel ground chicken
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp crushed chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional)
- 1 beaten egg
instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with the onion, garlic, parsley, mint, spices, olive oil, breadcrumbs, and egg Mix well until you get a smooth dough.
- Lightly wet your hands and shape the kefta mixture into sausages on bamboo skewers.
- In a pan, heat a little oil in a pan and cook the keftas for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the keftas with grilled pita bread, a salad, tzatziki sauce, or a spicy tomato sauce.
