ingredients

  • 500 g Olymel ground chicken
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp crushed chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 1 beaten egg

instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with the onion, garlic, parsley, mint, spices, olive oil, breadcrumbs, and egg Mix well until you get a smooth dough.
  2. Lightly wet your hands and shape the kefta mixture into sausages on bamboo skewers.
  3. In a pan, heat a little oil in a pan and cook the keftas for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve the keftas with grilled pita bread, a salad, tzatziki sauce, or a spicy tomato sauce.
