Puff pastry bites with asparagus and ham

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine melted butter, honey, mustard and pepper.

Cut off stringy part of asparagus and keep only heads.

Wrap a slice of ham around each asparagus spear.

Wrap a thin triangle of puff pastry like a croissant around each ham-wrapped asparagus.

Arrange the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the asparagus with the honey butter mixture.

Bake the asparagus in the middle of the oven for approximately 18 minutes, turning halfway through.

Serve warm or cold.
