Ham, leek, and mustard pinwheels

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook the leek for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a small bowl, mix the mustard with the honey and sour cream.

On a floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 30 cm (12 in.) square. Brush the dough with sauce. Top with ham, leek, and cheese.

Roll the dough lengthwise, pressing down to form a cylinder. Cut the cylinder into twelve slices.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).

Oil the air fryer basket, then place half of the slices in it, spacing them apart.

Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until the dough is golden brown. Repeat with the remaining slices.
