Fun bites for everyone

Perfect for game nights, happy hour, or casual get-togethers, these flavorful pork bites are sure to be a hit with any crowd. They’re incredibly versatile, quick to prepare, and packed with protein—making them an ideal choice for easy entertaining. Choose from three mouthwatering marinades to suit any craving: Honey Garlic, Garlic Parmesan, or Sweet & Spicy.

Why the airfryer?

The air fryer brings it all together with fast, healthier cooking that doesn’t compromise on taste or texture. It caramelizes sauces beautifully, delivers a golden, crispy finish, and uses far less oil than traditional frying. The result? Perfectly juicy, tender pork bites bursting with flavor in every bite.

How to prepare the pork bites

  1. Choose your preferred cut of pork—boneless pork chops or pork shoulder work best.

  2. Cut the meat into cubes (about 1 to 1.5 inches / 2.5 to 4 cm).

  3. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for your chosen marinade. Add the pork cubes and toss until well coated.

  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.

  5. Arrange the pork cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.

  6. Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping or shaking the basket halfway through.

  7. Check that the pork has reached an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and that the sauce is nicely caramelized.

  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or sliced green onions before serving.
