Many people choose turkey for its low fat content. In fact, turkey is one of the leanest meats on the market. But did you know that even though it contains fewer calories and less fat than other types of meat, it provides the same amount of protein? With 24 grams of protein per 125-gram serving, our new turkey breast is perfect for fueling your energy levels.
Contrary to popular belief, although turkey is a lean meat, it doesn’t necessarily become dry when cooked. The key is simply not to overcook it. We recommend cooking our turkey breast for 33 to 38 minutes in the oven at 220°C (424°F) or in an air fryer at 150°C (300°F). Just make sure the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
