Marinade :
In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients until well combined.
Place the pork tenderloins in a large resealable bag or an airtight container.
Pour the marinade over the pork and coat thoroughly.
If cooking within the next few days, let marinate for at least 4 hours — ideally overnight — in the refrigerator. Otherwise, place the bag in the freezer for later use.
Cooking
If the tenderloins were frozen, be sure to defrost them completely in the refrigerator 24 hours in advance.
Once defrosted, cook in the oven or on the BBQ at 400°F/200°C for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through and basting with the remaining marinade.
Let the tenderloins rest for 5 minutes after cooking before slicing, to keep all the juices inside.
