500 g Olymel ground turkey
2 eggs
50 g breadcrumbs
50 g grated Parmesan
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley or fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
500 ml marinara sauce or tomato sauce

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, onion, parsley or basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Form meatballs to your desired size.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Brown the meatballs on all sides for about 8 to 10 minutes, until fully cooked.
In a large pot, heat the marinara sauce.
Add the meatballs and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
When serving, top with grated Parmesan and parsley or basil. Serve with pasta or rice.
