Double Bacon Turkey Burgers

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, crumbled bacon, egg, breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Form 4 equal-sized patties and place them on a plate. Let them rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to help them hold together during cooking

Cook the patties: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until they reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Add a slice of cheese to each patty at the end of cooking to allow it to melt slightly.

Lightly toast the buns and assemble your burger with the condiments and toppings of your choice.

Serve with fries, chips, or a salad on the side.
