Creamy pork back ribs bites

In a bowl, mix the shredded pork rib meat, cream cheese, and green onions.

Melt the butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Add about 2 tbsp of filling to the center of each phyllo square.

Using a pastry brush, brush the edges of the square with melted butter. Fold all four corners toward the center to form a small pouch.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pouches on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve with green onions and your favorite BBQ sauce.
