Chicken pasta with creamy mustard and mushroom sauce

In a large skillet, heat the oil and butter over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are golden browned and the onion is translucent.

Add the mustards, chicken broth, and cream. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the chicken strips to the skillet. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Adjust the seasoning, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot over fresh pasta.
