Bratwurst sausages with Avocado and Grapefruit Salsa

Cook the Olymel cheddar & bacon sausages according to the cooking instructions on the package and place them on a plate.

In a bowl, combine the avocado cubes, the flesh of a pink grapefruit cut into wedges, the minced red onion, the juice of one lime, the olive oil, the chopped cilantro leaves, and the cumin. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve this mixture with the sausages in small Asian spoons garnished with a sprig of fresh cilantro.
