- 300 g traditional cooked ham, cut into 1 cm cubes
- 1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 bunch chives, chopped fine
- 4 hot dog buns for toasting
- Place ham cubes, mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper and chives in a bowl and mix well.
- Butter outsides of hot dog buns and toast in a pan.
- Open up the buns and stuff with the ham mixture.
- Serve immediately.
