ingredients

  • 150 g Olymel Smart & Natural Black Forest smoked ham
  • 100 g cheddar cheese, diced

Salsa :

  • 1/4 teaspoon lime juice
  • 250 ml (1 cup) mangos and pineapples (or apples and pears), diced
  • 30 ml green onions, chopped
  • 30 ml red peppers, diced
  • 300 g Olymel Smart & Natural Black Forest smoked ham
  • 200 g cheddar cheese, diced

Salsa :

  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 500 ml (2 cups) mangos and pineapples (or apples and pears), diced
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) green onions, chopped
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) red peppers, diced
  • 450 g Olymel Smart & Natural Black Forest smoked ham
  • 300 g cheddar cheese, diced

Salsa :

  • 3/4 teaspoon lime juice
  • 750 ml (3 cups) mangos and pineapples (or apples and pears), diced
  • 90 ml (1/3 cup) green onions, chopped
  • 90 ml (1/3 cup) red peppers, diced
  • 600 g Olymel Smart & Natural Black Forest smoked ham
  • 400 g cheddar cheese, diced

Salsa :

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1000 ml (4 cups) mangos and pineapples (or apples and pears), diced
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) green onions, chopped
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) red peppers, diced
  • 300 g of Olymel Smart & Natural Black Forest Smoked Ham
  • 150 g cheddar cheese, diced

Salsa:

  • 500 mL (2 cups) of fresh fruit: mango and pineapple (or apple and pear), diced
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) of green onions, chopped
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) of red pepper, diced
  • 2 mL (1/2 teaspoon) lime juice
  • 1 mL (1/4 teaspoon) olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

instructions

  1. Prepare salsa ahead of time by mixing all ingredients. Set aside till serving time.
  2. Fold strips of ham and place on toothpicks or short skewers, alternating with cubes of cheese. Repeat to form 12 mini brochettes.
  3. Refrigerate till serving time and serve with salsa on the side.
