- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) Asian ginger mayonnaise (store bought)
- ½ cup (125 ml) grated carrot
- 1 large ginger tortilla
- ½ package (75 g) shaved turkey breast
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, julienned
- 3 sprigs cilantro, leaves detached
- Place Asian mayonnaise and grated carrot in a bowl and mix well.
- Place carrot salad, turkey breast and cucumber sticks side by side and spread cilantro leaves on top.
- Roll the tortillas taking care to tuck in one end then wrap in waxed paper. Keep cold.
