- 150 g shaved old-fashioned smoked ham
- 2 submarine rolls
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) garlic herb cream cheese
- 1 red tomato, thinly sliced
- ½ cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup (250 ml) shredded Iceberg lettuce
- Spread the base of each submarine roll with the garlic herb cream cheese.
- Place shredded lettuce and tomatoes on top, overlapping tomatoes slightly.
- Add shaved old-fashioned ham and garnish with Monterey Jack cheese.
- Close the submarines and wrap in waxed paper. Keep cold.
