In the oven :
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Place pork tenderloins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 23 to 25 minutes.
In the air fryer :
Preheat air fryer to 175°C (350°F). Place pork tenderloins in the cooking basket. Cook for 20 to 23 minutes.
