ingredients

  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) butter, melted or olive oil
  • 1/2 pack (200 g) Olymel BBQ pulled pork
  • 125 g (1/2 cup) Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 2 ciabatta or hamburger buns

Southwestern-style cole slaw :

  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 green shallot, finely chopped
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) mayonnaise
  • 1/10 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) sugar
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) vinegar
  • 65 ml (1/4 cup) cabbages, finely shredded
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) red cabbages, finely shredded
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) butter, melted or olive oil
  • 1 pack (400 g) Olymel BBQ pulled pork
  • 250 g (1 cup) Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 4 ciabatta or hamburger buns

  • 21 ml (1 1/2 tablespoon) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 3 green shallots, finely chopped
  • 21 ml (1 1/2 tablespoon) mayonnaise
  • 1/3 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 21 ml (1 1/2 tablespoon) sugar
  • 21 ml (1 1/2 tablespoon) vinegar
  • 190 ml (3/4 cup) cabbages, finely shredded
  • 90 ml (1/3 cup) red cabbages, finely shredded
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) butter, melted or olive oil
  • 2 packs (800 g) Olymel BBQ pulled pork
  • 500 g (2 cups) Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 8 ciabatta or hamburger buns

  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 4 green shallots, finely chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) sugar
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) vinegar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) cabbages, finely shredded
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) red cabbages, finely shredded
  • 1 package of Olymel BBQ pulled pork, 400g
  • 4 ciabatta or hamburger buns
  • 30 ml melted butter or olive oil
  • 250 g Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, sliced
  • Southwestern-style cole slaw

Cole slaw

  • ½ cup cabbage, finely shredded
  • ¼ cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • ¼ red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 green shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper

instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for cole slaw and refrigerate.
  2. Cook pulled pork according to directions on package. Cut buns in half and brush insides with melted butter.
  3. Preheat grill or frying pan and toast inside surfaces of buns till golden. Fill buns with hot pulled pork, add cheese and top with cole slaw. Serve immediately.
